And growth is inevitable. Everything evolves all the time. But we don´t have to sit around waiting for evolution. By engaging with life, by being conscious of what is going on - in you, in your interactions with people, with nature; with life, you can communicate more clearly with your own purpose and see more of what you really are. And that´s what IKYA Meditation™ is all about. It´s a series of calm and active exercises that are designed to help you get more touch with your spiritual, mental and physical self. Making you more open to your own truth. Because: "YOU are the path." - IKYA -



Every lifetime is a chance to experience something new, to learn, to grow. You are here to do things you don´t know how to do yet. Which is why we struggle.


And a lot of us tend to be quite good at focusing inwards, using meditation to quiet the mind and suppressing emotions we see as "bad". But nothing is really bad. And nothing is really good either. It all just is. We are all where we are supposed to be. There is no such thing as "not being good enough":

It´s not that hard to get a sense of calm and connection when you are sitting alone in a dark room. It´s the living part that is challenging. And that is why our meditation practice also involves movement. To really get into the body, make use of your senses - to bring the beingness into life. So that we can be in center of our self - also when we are standing in the middle of this wonderful messy thing we call life.

Individual guidende

You can also have an individual guidance session where we use specific exercises to work on whatever you are standing in at that moment. I always reserve some time for sharing, so that you can talk a bit about what is going on, but the work is energetic and vibrational, which means you don´t have to say anything. A session normally takes from 45-60 minutes and can be done in person here in Ringsaker, Norway or on Skype.

Jeg har stadig noe på hjertet. Ikke alltid det samme, men ettersom livet utfolder seg foran meg blir jeg engasjert i det ene etter det andre. Det jeg bidrar med et perspektiv. Et blikk som inneholder mine erfaringer.

Skrivekurs - med innslag av meditasjon


For skriving er et personlig anliggende. Det er prosess, det er bevegelse. Jeg tror innstendig på at det ikke er mulig å skape noe uten å bruke seg selv. Ikke på den måten at man skrive om seg selv, men at man må kunne kjenne - oppleve - det man skriver for å gjøre det troverdig. 

Derfor liker jeg å gå rett inn. Hvorfor ikke ta tak i eget grums med en gang? Du kan skrive fortellende, dikt, teaterscener - men her er det viktigste å skrive seg nærmere seg selv!
